2006-08-31 [silent_voice]: Balthazar enters the room and stands there absorbing the darkness

2006-12-08 [NthroSptn]: Naoko steeled herself. She had to go in there. She peeked across the hall and saw Balthazar's name scratched into the label on the door. She gulped and knocked on the door, "Balthazar? Can I talk to you for a little bit?"

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: The door opened, Balthazar stood there, dark circles under his eyes. He wore a sleeveless black top which showed off his tattoos along his arms. He stared at her blankly "If you must." He said and turned, walking into the room.

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: Naoko walked inside and cautiously stepped around some kind of century old artifact, it had eyes..
"Balthazar." her small voice broke the still silence, "I want to firstly apologise."

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar turned to her, his eyes narrowing. "Close the door." He said and picked up a glass from the stand and walking to the side of the room, he went to sit on nothing but a chair molded under him. He sat down lightly and stared at her.

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: She hesitated, then almost laughed at herself before closing the door as instructed. She walked further into the room, keeping her hands to herself and stopped in front of Balthazar, "Though I'm not completely clear on the exact details, I am sorry that I assassinated you." She rolled her eyes at how stupid the conversation was already, "And that I didn't tell you sooner about my mission. You probably could have crafted a better way of executing it anyway."
She sat on the floor, cross-legged and cocked her head at him, "But I know how forgiving you are, I probably shouldn't bother." she grinned.

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar's face remained nonchalant. He sipped his drink. His mind worked, absorbing the information. Balthazar looked up at her and stood, he walked to his window, the chair melted back into the shadows. "You know, I have no idea why i trusted you. Probably becuase you seemed to enjoy what we had." He said thoughtfully. Balthazar turned back to her "But obviously not." He walked over to a wall and looked at the items there, he picked up a small jar and looked at it thoughtfully. "You know... I have thought about tracking you down for such a long time. I wanted your blood. I still do, but..." He looked at her "Not as much as i did before."

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: Naoko thought for a moment, "My blood.. what did you mean when you said that in the training arena?" she looked at him, "What did you want my blood for besides some form of revenge?"

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar glanced at her "Your blood is your life, if i had your blood, i have your life. Its not only revenge, but control." He said and placed the jar back. "As you are aware i am a necromancer, i can do more things with one drop of blood than a healer, a mage and a sorcerer together. I was going to create something with it....Another being. Another you." He said shrugging and returning to the chair that suddenly molded out of thin air. He sat in it and his hand went though his medium length black hair, he looked at her again. "How much did you get for killing me?"

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: "My own life spared." she replied, "Had I any other option, I would have taken it. I had taken a syrum, well, my mead had been spiked, and I was dying. I was desperate." she observed the floor, "The antidote was protected, I could not get it without my employer's direct consent.." she looked back at Balthazar, "I guess I should have told you that too huh?"

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar snorted and drank the rest of his drink. "Ask, that is all you had to do. Ask and i would have given you your trophy, from my own body to get you that syrum." His voice grew tence but he relaxed. He let go of the cup and it floated back to the bench. He looked at Naoko. "This was not all you cam in here for though, was it?" He said tilting his head slightly."

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: "What do you mean?" She asked, "My plan was to come in and apologise, then to figure out what you wanted my blood for. Unless theres something in my subconscious that I can't detect but you can, I'm fresh out of reasons."
Naoko stood and took a step toward the door, feeling her feet stop mid step.

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar stood slowly "You know... I can still see, deep down that you really regret what you did. I can also tell that you still feel the same way you did back then...Deep down." He walked towards her and turned her so she was looking at him in the eyes. "You know... I have not changed all that much."

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: Naoko felt her shoulder burn and clutched it for a moment, "I do regret it.. and I'm truly sorry." with each step Balthazar took toward her, Naoko took a small step backward until she was against the wall, she was somewhat intimidated by him, as she had always been, but what he was saying made her feel strange in her gut and chest. She felt the wall, it was cold to touch and she jerked her hand away. "You haven't changed at all."

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar walked up to her so she was very close to him. He lifted his hand and touched her cheek, he lifted her head so she was looking at him. "You dont know what to feel..." He said softly staring at her. He moved forward to kiss her but pulled back. "No..." He turned away and walked halfway across the room.

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: Naoko breathed again, her heart was beating very hard in her chest, "I'm sorry, Balthazar, I felt it again, like I had to." she remembered how she had felt the first time they had been alone just like this, she had to make him trust her. She slammed her fist on the wall, growling deeply, "I can't escape the feeling. I want to.. but I don't.." she shook her head, "I don't want to betray you again, and in a Rebellion such as this, it could quite possibly turn out that way later!" she covered her face, damning her insecurities.

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar turned to her. "Money, thats what its all about isnt it." He advanced. "Money, if you want damn money i can pay you." His lip twitched "If you want to be paid then i shall pay, what are your prices these days?"

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: Naoko growled and bared her teeth, "I'm not asking for your money, Balthazar!" she retorted, "Not at all! I just want to be able to like someone without being afraid of what might happen afterwards! That's all I want!" She turned her back to him and pressed her forehead into the wall, she didn't want Balthazar to see her being weak, all that would do is show him more ways to beat her. She breathed her rage away and turned around, "Do you understand how confused I am right now? I can't tell one emotion from the next these days and you.." she pressed a finger into his chest, ".. are not helping in the slightest." She folded her arms, "If you can help me, fine, but don't go all spiteful, I apologised already, what more do you want?"

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar moved forwards and kissed her deeply "What do you think i want?!" He kissed her again "You destroyed me but for some reason im still here, still connected."

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: Naoko gripped Balthazar's arms, she was taken completely by surprise, "I don't know what you want, that's why I came here..." she said in a more calm tone, then loosened her grip, "But if you tell me, I would want to give it to you."

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar frowned "I want you Naoko. Always have." He said and touched her face, the room grew darker as Balthazar spoke "I wanted you for a long time, for many reasons, but i have always wanted you in some way."

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: Naoko began to feel something familiar, she fell into his arms slowly as the darkness swirled around them, "I thought necromancers didn't feel that kind of thing.."

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: The room grew almost black he spoke again "Necromancers choose to turn that wanting off and on, i cant turn mine about you off." He said huskily and kissed her softly.

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: Naoko felt herself melting in Balthazar's arms, another familiar feeling. She accepted his kiss quietly, closing her eyes and sliding her hands up his chest and over his shoulders. When she opened her eyes, the room was completely dark.

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar stayed close and used his power. Shadows lifted them and turned them in mid air, placing them on his bed, Balthazar on top of her.

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: As the last of the darkness dissipated, Naoko felt Balthazar was very, very close to her. She gave a smile, "And would you turn it off?" she asked, kissing him again.

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar looked at her carefully "Would you...?" He asked and kissed the nape of her neck.

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: She thought for a split second, "Mmm.. no..." she squirmed when he kissed her neck, "Not for the world..."

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar smirked "Now you know my answer." He said softly

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: Naoko smiled in return, then in one movement, flipped Balthazar onto his back and straddled him, grinding her hips into his. "I wouldn't want you to turn it off.." she purred, pressing her hands down on his shoulders, massaging them. She leaned in and kissed Balthazar deeply and felt herself wanting him more, kissing deeper, searching his mouth with her tongue, kneading his shoulders with her hands. Everything began to feel lighter.

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar's hands roamed her body moving down her back, kneading her ass. He kissed her back and felt his body respond to her touch like it had so long ago.

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: Naoko and Balthazar shared each other's company for several hours that afternoon, finally resting in each other's arms. Naoko contently smiled to herself while snuggled into Balthazar's side.

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar remembered how they had been together like this before. He breathed slowly, deeply. He looked at Naoko with surprisingly cold eyes. Balthazar was not one to usually snuggle after this sort of thing. He was seriously tempted to move away and stand up. He was considering it while he looked at her.

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: "What is it?" Naoko asked, propping herself on her elbow to look at him properly.

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar looked at her his eyebrows lowering. "Nothing....nothing." He said moving towards her, he kissed her gently and pulled her into a hug, he might be able to get used to snuggling after sex.

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: Naoko sensed that he was uncomfortable, she grinned and poked his side, "Want to talk about it?"

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar perked an eyebrow "No, not really." He said. Balthazar did not flinch when she poked him.

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: Naoko sighed and put her head back down, but she still felt like playing. She nudged Balthazar a little, "I want you to come with me somewhere."

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar looked at her, his eyes narrowing slightly "Alright." He untangled himself from her and sat on the edge of the bed, a large tattoo covered his back, it was the symbol of the evil god Nerull. He put his head in his hands for a moment then shook his head "Lets go now." He said looking over his shoulder at her.

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: Naoko grinned broadly and got dressed quickly, then waited impatiently like a child for Balthazar, "Come on! You can move faster than that!"
She looked as though she was going to pounce on the next thing that moved, like a cabin fevered kitten in a very small house.

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar stood, chlothes whipping from sides of the room and coverin him. He was completely covered with a hood up "Lets go." He said, the door swung open and Balthazar walked through it. "So where are we going.?"

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: "The training grounds." Naoko said brightly before pulling down Balthazar's hood, "Don't be so dark and gloomy though, you need to learn to lighten up. People will ally themselves with you quicker if you are less threatening and more..." she thought for a moment, "Respected."

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar's eye twitched slightly "I do not need allies, and i am respected." He said removing his outer robe and sticking with the sleevless shirt "Fine, ill go like this." He said, the shirt showed off his muscles.

2006-12-09 [NthroSptn]: Naoko smiled warmly and kissed his cheek, "Much better, we can go now."

2006-12-09 [silent_voice]: Balthazar walked out of the room guiding Naoko, the door shut behind them and there was an impish laughter from the inside. Balthazar rolled his eyes and started off down the hall. "Alright, lets go."
